A metal bellow seal designed specifically for vacuum pump service. It uses welded metal bellows to accommodate shaft movement and temperature/pressure changes while maintaining a tight seal against vacuum and low-pressure environments.

Ideal for pumps used in vacuum applications where leakage is not acceptable, and reliability under pressure differential is critical.

Pressure: Under 10kg/Up to 9.8bar: Single Ply
Above 10kg/Up to 29.4bar: Double Ply
Speed: Up to 5000 rpm or 25 m/s

* These operating limits are non-concurrent. In general, an incease in the seal size, or temperature, or rotating speed can reduce the maximum operating pressure limit of the metal bellow component.
